  • Information We Collect: Account details, payment information (processed via Razorpay), and usage data.
  • Use of Information: To provide rentals, process payments, enhance user experience, and comply with applicable laws.
  • Sharing: Limited to payment providers and service partners; we do not sell your data.
  • Security: We implement industry-standard safeguards, but you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Shipping / Digital Delivery Policy

  • All rentals are delivered digitally through our website and mobile app.
  • No physical shipment is involved. After payment, rented tracks will be accessible in your account instantly or within a few minutes.
  • Consumers may download encrypted files for offline playback during the rental period.

Return & Refund Policy

Since our products are digital rentals, they cannot be “returned.” All sales are final, except in the following cases:

  • Payment was deducted but rental was not activated.
  • Technical issues prevented access to content and could not be resolved by our support team.

If you face any such issue, please contact us within 48 hours at trackbox@arsi.in or arsi.mizoram@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
