Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TrackBox (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

For Creators

• Creators may upload original music tracks to our website for distribution to consumers.
• By uploading, you confirm you own or have rights to distribute the content and grant us a limited license to host, distribute, and promote it.
• You retain ownership of your content but authorize us to enable rentals to consumers through our platform.

For Consumers

• Consumers may rent tracks for limited durations (e.g., 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months).
• Once rented, tracks may be downloaded in an encrypted format for offline playback via our app.
• Rentals are non-transferable and expire automatically at the end of the rental period.

Payments

• All payments are processed exclusively through our website using Razorpay.
• We do not process payments inside our iOS mobile app to comply with Apple App Store policies.
• After successful payment, rentals will be reflected in your account and available in the app for playback.

iOS Users

• The iOS version of our app does not support in-app payments. Users must complete rentals through our website.
• Apple Inc. is not a party to your transactions with us. Payments, refunds, and disputes are handled solely by TrackBox.
• After logging in, rentals purchased on the website will automatically appear in the iOS app for playback.

Refund Policy

Rentals are non-refundable once activated. Refunds may only be provided in the following cases:

• Payment was deducted but rental was not activated.
• Technical issues prevented access to rented content and could not be resolved by our support team.

To request a refund, contact us at trackbox@arsi.in or arsi.mizoram@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction.

Prohibited Activities

• Copying, redistributing, or reselling rented content.
• Uploading copyrighted material without authorization.
• Attempting to bypass encryption or security measures.
• Distributing or reselling of TrackBox accounts

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if we detect any illegal activity, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading or distributing copyrighted material without authorization
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or payment-related abuse
• Attempting to bypass encryption, security systems, or rental limits
• Any other conduct that we reasonably consider harmful, unlawful, or abusive

Such action may be taken without prior notice and without liability to you. In serious cases, we may also report the matter to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aizawl, Mizoram.
